Centre of Online Education (COE)
On June 7, 2019, IGNOU established the Centre of Online Education (COE) intending to make IGNOU a pioneer in the growing world of digital education with the top-notch technology-based learning experience and support services. BACHELOR OF LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCES (BLIS)
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks and 45% for General and the SC/ST/OBC/PH category respectively.

or
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of working experience in Library and Information Centre
Fee Structure:
₹7200 for the full programme.
BACHELOR OF ARTS IN TOURISM STUDIES (BTS)
Eligibility:
10+2 or it’s equivalent or BPP from IGNOU
Fee Structure:
₹ 10,200/- for the full programme, paid year wise ₹ 3,400/- per year with Exam Fees decided by the University.
MASTER OF ARTS (GANDHI AND PEACE STUDIES) (MGPS)
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree or a higher degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
Fee Structure:
₹ 9,600/- full programme to be paid year wise @₹ 4,800/- per year+ Exam fee as decided by University.
MASTER OF ARTS (HINDI) (MHD)
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree or a higher degree from a recognised University.
Medium of Instruction: Hindi
Fee Structure:
₹ 12000/- for the full programme to be paid year wise @₹ 6000/- Fee to be paid in the first year, including Registration Fee of ₹200/-is ₹6,200/- + Exam Fees as decided by the University.
MASTER OF ARTS(TRANSLATION STUDIES) (MATS)
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline with adequate knowledge of Hindi and English
Fee Structure:
₹ 9,600 (i.e First year Rs 4,800 and Second Year ₹ 4,800) + Registration fees + Exam Fees as decided by the University.
CERTIFICATE IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE (CRUL)
Eligibility:
Minimum age 18 yea₹ No formal qualification is required Class 10 level of English proficiency is desirable.
Fee Structure:
Initial Launch fee: ₹ 2500/= for the full programme (exclusive of examination fee)
CERTIFICATE IN ARABIC LANGUAGE (CAL)
Eligibility:
10+2, Minimum 18 years of age
Fee Structure:
Initial launch Fee ₹ 2500/- for the full programme (exclusive of examination fee) + Exam Fees as decided by the University.
CERTIFICATE IN LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCE (CLIS)
Eligibility:
10+2 Passed or BPP from IGNOU

CERTIFICATE IN PEACE STUDIES AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT (CPSCM)

Eligibility:

DIPLOMA IN TOURISM (DTS)
